Draymond Green exits Warriors' season opener with knee strain
Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green left Tuesday's game after suffering a knee strain late in the third quarter.
Green did not return, but said after the game, "I'll be good. I'm fine", according to ESPN's Chris Haynes. Other reports sound more pessimistic, and a video shows Green hobbling through the hallways after interviews. His status is unknown at this time. If he's forced to sit out Friday's game, Jordan Bell and David West should split the time at power forward.
In 27-plus minutes, Green finished the game with 9 points, 11 rebounds and 13 assists. He accounted for 39.7 FanDuel points after being projected for 40.6 prior to the matchup.
