Marquese Chriss has his 2018-19 option picked up by Suns
Phoenix Suns forward Marquese Chriss has had his 2018-19 option picked up by the team on Tuesday.
The Suns had until October 31 to exercise the team option to add a third-year to Chriss' rookie contract. Phoenix wasted no time in doing so after Chirss showed much promise his rookie season with 12.7 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 1.4 blocks per game in his final 25 games of the year.
Our models project Chriss for 9.7 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks per game in 2017-18.
