Shabazz Napier (hamstring) could start in Blazers' opener
Portland Trail Blazers guard Shabazz Napier has been cleared and could start Wednesday against the Phoenix Suns.
Napier missed all of preseason with a hamstring issue, but he's been medically cleared for the opener. According to TrailBlazers.com's Casey Holdahl, coach Terry Stotts said that it's a possibility he starts in place of the suspended C.J. McCollum, although Holdahl expects someone else, maybe Evan Turner to start at the two for Portland.
As of now, we project Napier for just 3.8 points, 1.7 assists and 9.1 FanDuel points against the Suns. If given the start, though, Napier would run the minimum of $3,000 on Wednesday's slate.
