Jordan Bell

Warriors' Jordan Bell figures to get opportunities in rookie season

Golden State Warriors rookie forward Jordan Bell could take the place of Kevon Looney and Damian Jones in the team's rotation, reports The Mercury News' Mark Medina.

What It Means:

The Warriors stole Bell in the second round of this year's draft, after initiating a trade with the Chicago Bulls. Obviously, they saw something in the 22-year-old as he's killed in preseason and appears to be ready for a rotational role for Golden State.

In his last preseason contest, Bell stuffed the stat sheet to the tune of 10 points, 11 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocks. He will, of course, backup Draymond Green, which is why we project him for just 452 minutes and 177 points, but he could get some valuable run in blowouts so keep an eye on the rookie.
