Cavaliers optimistic about LeBron James' (ankle) availability for season opener
Cleveland Cavaliers head coach Tyronn Lue was optimistic that forward LeBron James would play in the team's season opener on Tuesday.
After spraining his ankle earlier in the preseason, James tweaked his ankle in Tuesday's game. Just recently, Lue deemed James questionable for the opener against the Boston Celtics, but the coach seems more hopeful now. He was quoted saying, "I think he'll be OK" and "that would be a tough one for him personally to miss." Lue is obviously referring to James' first game against former teammate, Kyrie Irving, and the Celtics, who are considered the second-best team in the East.
Ranked 13th overall in our season-long fantasy rankings, James is projected for 54.3 FanDuel points at a cost of $10,400 on Tuesday's opening night slate.
