New Orleans Pelicans star Anthony Davis said that he isn't going to hesitate to fire away from 3-point range this season.
This backs up earlier reports this offseason that Davis was expanding his perimeter game, including one saying new coach Alvin Gentry is pushing Davis to implement this addition.
Davis only converted 1 of 12 shots from downtown last year but his new coach Alvin Gendry thinks his perimeter office has serious potential. In high school Davis reportedly had a sweet stroke from three until he sprouted eight inches and changed his game. If Davis can legitimately add this element to his game, expect to see historical fantasy numbers from the all-NBA first teamer.
