Andre Roberson agrees to three-year, $30 million deal with Thunder
Unrestricted free agent Andre Roberson has agreed to re-sign with the Oklahoma City Thunder on a three-year, $30 million deal, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Having said that he would like to re-sign with the team from the start, it's no surprise to see Roberson back with Oklahoma City after a brief stint as an unrestricted free agent. He will join the new-look Thunder and most likely shift to a shooting guard role alongside Russell Westbrook and Paul George.
Roberson -1.5 nERD in 2016-17 marked the lowest of his four-year career, as he struggled to a .464/.245/.423 shooting line. But, with George at his side, he should be able to build upon the career-high 3.1 defensive win shares he accumulated this season.
