The Phoenix Suns have selected Kansas Jayhawks forward Josh Jackson with the fourth overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft.
After one season at Kansas, as the team's second-leading scorer, Jackson joins a young Suns team stacked with scorers. He will likely immediately slot into the small forward position and become the team's best defender.
Jackson averaged 16.3 points per game while posting a 96.0 defensive rating and 5.7 defensive box plus/minus for the Jayhawks last season.
