Rockets placing three players on trade block

The Houston Rockets have made forward Ryan Anderson and guards Lou Williams and Patrick Beverley available for trade, according to ESPN's Marc Stein.

What It Means:

The Rockets are looking to free up cap space in order to go after bigger fish in free agency. Chris Paul and Blake Griffin are among their short list of targets this summer.

According to nERD, Williams, Anderson and Beverley were Houston's third-, sixth- and seventh-best players in the 2016-17 season.
