Mavericks serious contenders to sign Jrue Holiday
New Orleans Pelicans guard and unrestricted free agent Jrue Holiday will be a target of the Dallas Mavericks this offseason, according to Sports Illustrated's Jake Fischer.
The Mavericks' interest in Holiday is growing with each coming month. But the Pelicans are capable of offering Holiday the kind of money no other team can so they could still be the favorites to re-sign the point guard.
Holiday averaged 15.4 points and 7.3 assists per game in 2016-17, but his -1.7 nERD ranks just 147th among all NBA guards.
