Utah Jazz forward Gordon Hayward has reportedly shown interest in signing with the Miami Heat as a free agent this summer.
With the ability to offer a five-year deal and roughly $47 million above what Hayward would get elsewhere on a four-year deal, the Jazz are more likely than not to retain Hayward's services. Still, Miami could have the cap space to make such a move if James Johnson bolts in free agency himself.
In 73 games in 2016-17, the seven-year veteran posted a career-high nERD of 12.0 along with averages of 21.9 points, 5.4 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game.
