Kyrie Irving explodes for 42 as Cleveland bounces back to take Game 4
Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving exploded for a playoff career-high 42 points, adding 3 rebounds and 4 assists as the Cavs scored a 112-99 win over the Boston Celtics on Tuesday.
That gives Cleveland a 3-1 lead in the Eastern Conference Finals, putting them one game away from another Finals berth. Irving has been excellent in this series, averaging 26.3 points, 5.0 assists, 2.0 rebounds and 1.0 steals per game while shooting .627 from the field and .500 from 3-point range.
Irving also finished Tuesday's win with a team-high 57.1 nERD, per numberFire Live.
