LaMarcus Aldridge turns in a dud in Spurs' loss

San Antonio Spurs forward/center LaMarcus Aldridge had a horrendous outing on Saturday, scoring 18 points with five rebounds, one assist, two blocks and one 3-pointer in 28 minutes.

What It Means:

With a ton of pressure on him and coach Gregg Popovich saying Aldridge has "major responsibility" for this game, he may have played the worst first half he's ever played as a Spur. LMA was late on everything for defense and whiffing on rebounds. The Spurs miss Kawhi Leonard (ankle) a whole lot.

Aldridge's -5.15 nERD was the fifth-best among the nine Spurs to play at least 10 minutes in the game, per numberFire Live.
