Toronto Raptors center Jonas Valanciunas is starting over fellow big man Patrick Patterson for Game 3 on Friday against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
This comes after Valanciunas scored 23 points in 20 minutes on Wednesday in Game 2. The move likely won't change the outcome of the series much.
Valanciunas started all 80 games he played in the regular season with averages of 12.0 points, 9.5 rebounds, 0.7 assists and 0.8 blocks per contest. His 7.7 nERD was third on the Raptors.
