Wizards rule out Ian Mahinmi (calf) for Thursday's Game 3
Washington Wizards center Ian Mahinmi (calf) will not play in Game 3 against the Boston Celtics on Thursday.
He is day-to-day and has been out since April 10 after he played in just 31 regular season games. Marcin Gortat logged 42 minutes in Game 2 and would likely be looking at heavy run again at home. Jason Smith should also get a few extra minutes as the backup five man.
Our models project Gortat for 9.5 points, 9.1 rebounds, and 1.3 assists in 30.0 minutes of action tomorrow.
