Memphis eliminated despite 26 points from Mike Conley in Game 6

Memphis Grizzlies guard Mike Conley scored 26 points during a season-ending 103-96 loss to the San Antonio Spurs on Thursday, adding two rebounds, five assists, one steal and three 3-pointers in 45 minutes.

What It Means:

Conley was a super-star for Memphis all throughout this series and he proved he has the ability to be an elite scorer even against tough defenses. He had a great year despite dealing with some injuries, but if he can stay healthy, he'll enter his 11th NBA season as an early-round fantasy option on draft boards in 2017-18.

Conley averaged a career-best 24.7 points per game in the playoffs to go with 7.0 assists, 3.0 assists and 1.7 steals in six postseason games in 2017. He had a .568 effective field goal percentage in the playoffs and his nERD of 11.1 ranked him 17th in the league this regular season.
