Raptors advance behind DeMar DeRozan's 32 points on Thursday
Toronto Raptors guard DeMar DeRozan scored 32 points in a series-clinching 92-89 win over the Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday, adding four rebounds, three assists, five steals and three turnovers in 40 minutes.
DeRozan could not be stopped in Game 6, but the Raptors still almost blew it after giving up a 25-point lead. All that matters now is the Raptors' upcoming series against the Cavaliers, who DeRozan struggled against in last year's playoffs. However, he averaged nearly 30 points per game in three contests against the Cavs in the regular season.
So far in six playoff games, DeRozan is averaging 23.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.7 steals over 36.8 minutes per game. However, he only has a .444 effective field goal percentage in the postseason.
