Jamal Murray to have multiple surgeries in Nuggets' offseason
Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray will have surgery for a couple of different injuries, general manager Tim Connelly said.
Presumably, one of those injuries is going to be his sports hernia he played through for most of his rookie season. One can pretty safely assume these surgeries won't affect him in a couple months.
Even with injuries, Murray busted out in a big way at the end of the season. He averaged 15.1 points, 3.6 boards, 5.0 assists, 1.3 steals, and 1.6 three-pointers on 44.9 percent from the field and perfect free throw shooting in April.
