Milwaukee Bucks guard/forward Khris Middleton (illness) will play in Monday's Game 5 against the Toronto Raptors.
There was a chance Middleton was not going to play after missing shootaround on Monday, but he is in the Bucks' starting lineup for Game 5. He has averaged 15.0 points, 5.3 assists and 5.2 rebounds in the four games played in the first-round series.
