Gordan Hayward (food poisoning) will travel with the Jazz for Game 5
Utah Jazz forward Gordan Hayward (food poisoning) will travel with the team to Los Angeles for Game 5 of their first-round series with the Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday.
Hayward struggled to play nine minutes on Sunday after suffering a bout of food poising before Game 4. It is a good sign that he will be with the team for Game 5 but he is still considered highly questionable to play Tuesday night. Joe Johnson and Joe Ingles will try to pick up the slack, much like they did on Sunday if Hayward can't suit up.
Hayward averaged 30.0 points, 7.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 3.5 three-pointers in Games 1 and 2 of the series with the Clippers.
