Stephen Curry scores 34 to boost Warriors to 3-0 lead
Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry wrecked the Portland Trail Blazers during a 119-113 win in Game 3 on Saturday, scoring 34 points with four rebounds, eight assists, two steals, one block and five 3-pointers in 39 minutes.
A 19-1 run and a miserly seven turnovers in this comeback victory propelled the Dubs to a sizable 3-0 lead in the series. Those seven turnovers match a playoff franchise record, and Curry only had one himself en route to his 21st 30-plus scoring game in his postseason career. With this win, the Warriors may opt to take it easier on small forward Kevin Durant for at least one more game. They'll look to wrap up a clean sweep with a +47 margin of victory on Monday.
Per numberFire Live, Curry's 20.52 nERD was the most on the team in this contest.
