Mike Conley scores 35 in Grizzlies overtime triumph
Memphis Grizzlies point guard Mike Conley scored a playoff career-high 35 points during a thrilling 110-108 overtime victory over the San Antonio Spurs in Game 4 on Saturday, adding nine rebounds, eight assists, one steal and four 3-pointers in 42 minutes.
Conley just continues to cause defensive breakdowns, including a beautiful drive with five seconds left in regulation to send this one to overtime. Conley always gets the "underrated" tag, but those who have been followig closely know that Conley has been absolutely crushing for months. The series is truly afoot and Game 5 will tilt this one's 2-2 tie on Tuesday.
Per numberFire Live, Conley posted 41.80 nERD in the game, more than even MVP candidate Kawhi Leonard.
