Rockets' James Harden scores 44 points in Game 3 loss
Houston Rockets guard/forward James Harden's 44 points were not enough in a Game 3 115-113 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday, adding six rebounds, six assists, one block, four 3-pointers and seven turnovers in 38 minutes.
Harden attempted a 3-pointer before the buzzer and just couldn't get it to fall. It's hard to blame him for anything after he went 18-of-18 from the line in this loss. Harden's consistent scoring to start a postseason has been like nothing we've seen in quite some time, becoming the first player to start a postseason with three consecutive 35-plus scoring games since Michael Jordan in 1990.
Harden's ridiculous 39.55 nERD in this contest was almost double the next-best Rocket's score to lead the team.
