Blazers upgrade Jusuf Nurkic (right leg) to doubtful for Game 3
Portland Trail Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic (right leg) has been upgraded to doubtful for Game 3 against the Golden State Warriors on Saturday.
While Nurkic is not expected to play on Saturday, the upgrade in designation looks promising for his status in Game 4. The big man has been pain-free for about a week now and will have a legitimate shot of playing on Monday. Noah Vonleh, Meyers Leonard, and Al-Farouq Aminu will continue to eat up minutes in the frontcourt while Nurkic is out.
Nurkic posted 15.2 points, 10.4 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 1.3 steals, and 1.9 blocks per game while donning a Portland uniform this season.
