Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray reportedly played through a sports hernia this season.
No word of when the injury happened, or if surgery will be required, but impressive nonetheless considering the rookie made it into all 82 games this season. The 20-year-old excelled down the stretch, averaging 16.2 points and 5.8 assists per game in his final six games of the season.
Murray finished his rookie season averaging 9.9 points with 2.6 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.4 three-pointers in 21.5 minutes per game. He also posted a -4.9 nERD rating, ranking 464th among the 486 players in the NBA this season.
