Taj Gibson in for Thunder, Andre Roberson gets another rest day
Oklahoma City Thunder forward/center Taj Gibson (rest) will play Wednesday against the Denver Nuggets, and guard/forward Andre Roberson (rest) will not play.
Gibson will be returning from a rest day, which should result in Domantas Sabonis returning to the bench. The team calling Roberson's absence "rest" is a great sign that he'll be ready for Game 1 of the playoffs. With Roberson out, there should be more minutes going to Semaj Christon and Norris Cole. Jerami Grant should be looking at decent minutes.
Our models project Gibson for 8.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 0.8 assists in 20.5 minutes.
