Lakers giving D'Angelo Russell (personal) last game off Wednesday
Los Angeles Lakers point guard D'Angelo Russell (personal) will not play against the Golden State Warriors.
Russell is with his family tending to the passing of his grandmother. Jordan Clarkson and Tyler Ennis should benefit the most in the Lakers' backcourt. Brandon Ingram and David Nwaba may also see more opportunity. Ennis likely makes for the best DFS value out of the bunch with a $4,000 price tag on FanDuel.
Russell's -5.4 nERD is among the NBA's 20 worst for the season, but he did show some moderate improvement from his rookie campaign. The 21-year-old former second overall pick finishes the year averaging 15.6 points, 3.5 rebounds, 4.8 assists, 1.4 steals and 2.1 3-pointers in 28.7 minutes per game while making 40.5 percent of his shots from the field.
