Cleveland Cavaliers forward/center Kevin Love (illness) is in the starting lineup for Monday's game versus the Miami Heat.
Love was originally expected to join LeBron James Kyrie Irving on the sidelines tonight, but with Tristan Thompson (thumb) still out, he's going to lead the first unit instead. Feel free to get him active. Channing Frye isn't nearly as attractive with Love in the lineup. Deron Williams also loses some fantasy appeal.
