Willy Hernangomez posts a big double-double in Knicks' loss
New York Knicks center Willy Hernangomez produced his second straight double-double during Sunday's loss to the Toronto Raptors, tallying 24 points, 11 boards, five dimes, one 3-pointer, and three steals.
Hernangomez has finished the year strong and is making a good case to be the Knicks starting center next season. The rookie big man now has 12 double-doubles this season while he has started just 21 games. Expect another big game from him on Wednesday as the Knicks wrap up the season versus the Philadelphia 76ers.
Hernangomez has averaged 13.9 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 2.0 assists in 26.7 minutes in his last 10 games.
