Brandon Ingram (knee) makes an early exit for the Lakers on Wednesday
Los Angeles Lakers guard/forward Brandon Ingram (knee) made an early exit from Wednesday's game against the San Antonio Spurs.
His being taken out of the game was done as a precaution, as the Lakers don't have any reason to take risks with the 19-year-old as the season winds down, and he will likely have his minutes limited a bit over the remainder of the season now.
Ingram has averaged 9.2 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 28.9 minutes per game this season. He ranks dead-last in the NBA, by a significant margin, with a -10.3 nERD.
