Dallas may rest J.J. Barea and Devin Harris on Wednesday
The Dallas Mavericks may rest point guards J.J. Barea and Devin Harris on Wednesday against the Los Angeles Clippers.
Head coach Rick Carslisle has talked about resting his veteran players on back-to-back sets, and with Barea and Harris having played last night with Wes Matthews rested, they could both be in for a rest day tonight. Yogi Ferrell would see a huge increase in role with those two out, while Nicolas Brussino would also be in for some big minutes.
If Barea does end up playing tonight, numberFire's models project him for 11.8 points, 5.1 assists and 2.5 rebounds in 22.6 minutes of action against the Clippers.
