Dallas Mavericks forward Harrison Barnes has said that he doesn't plan to take any games off for rest for the remainder of the season.
The 24-year-old has said that, barring injury, he wants to finish the season with 82 games played. Ultimately, the final decisions on rest will be up to the coaching staff, but it sounds like a safe bet that Barnes will play out the remainder of the year.
Barnes has averaged a career-high 19.4 points to go with 5.1 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.0 3-pointers in 35.7 minutes per game this season. He ranks only 359th among 479 players with a -1.7 nERD.
