Kenneth Faried (back) leaves Nuggets game early on Tuesday
Denver Nuggets forward Kenneth Faried (back) will not return on Tuesday versus the New Orleans Pelicans.
What It Means:
Faried hurt his back after playing just 10 minutes, not a good sign for the Nuggets. The power forward has a history of back issues, missing nine straight games in late-February/early-March. His chances aren't good to play on Wednesday and should be considered questionable for Friday as well. Expect Mason Plumlee and Wilson Chandler to earn minutes in his absence.
Faried ended his night with zero points, two rebounds, two assists, and one block on Tuesday.
