Rockets' Sam Dekker suffers a broken hand on Sunday
Houston Rockets forward Sam Dekker suffered a fractured left hand in Sunday night's win over the Phoenix Suns.
Dekker has said that he's hopeful to return for the playoffs, and the initial timeline is three-to-four weeks. Trevor Ariza will likely see an uptick in minutes with Dekker out, while Troy Williams may also be forced into the rotation now.
Dekker has played 18.4 minutes per game for the Rockets this season, averaging 6.5 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.0 assists per game through 77 contests. He ranks ninth among Rockets players and 121nd in the NBA with a 0.5 nERD.
