Ricky Rubio double-doubles as Timberwolves win a close one over Indiana
Minnesota Timberwolves point guard Ricky Rubio scored 21 points on Tuesday, going only 4-of-12 from the field but 13-of-13 from the free throw line, while also notching 10 assists in 38 minutes of action as the Wolves beat the Indiana Pacers 115-114.
What It Means:
The win doesn't mean much, with the Wolves out of playoff contention, but Rubio has been producing well over the last few weeks, averaging 18.0 points, 10.0 assists, 3.3 rebounds and 1.4 steals per game over his last nine.
