Richaun Holmes has a career day in 76ers' loss
Philadelphia 76ers forward/center Richaun Holmes drew the start on Monday, racking up 24 points and a career-high 14 rebounds to go with 4 assists, 1 steal and 1 block in 42 minutes of action as the Sixers fell 112-109 to the Orlando Magic.
Holmes drew the start with Jahlil Okafor (knee) sidelined, and with Philly not having much front-court depth, he should continue to see big-time minutes for as long as Okafor remains out.
Holmes has averaged 8.7 points, 5.0 rebounds and 1.0 blocks in only 18.7 minutes per game. His 2.6 nERD on the year is a team-high and also ranks 74th in the NBA.
