Brandon Knight is out for the season for Suns
Phoenix Suns guard Brandon Knight will not play for the rest of the season, head coach Earl Watson said.
What It Means:
It's not surprising and it confirms an earlier report. There is no reason given on Knight, but it's fair to say he's probably not happy about being rested since the break. With Knight out and Eric Bledsoe also shut down, Tyler Ulis and Devin Booker will be very busy. The Suns are not likely to get anything back in a Knight deal.
Without Knight, numberFire's models project Ulis to record 14.5 points, 7.8 assists, 2.7 rebounds, 2.0 steals and 1.7 3-pointers versus the Magic. He's a great value play on FanDuel tonight with a $5,400 price tag.
