Grizzlies will keep Vince Carter on minutes limit Wednesday
The Memphis Grizzlies won't wear out guard/forward Vince Carter with heavy minutes, head coach David Fizdale said.
The Grizzlies are starting Carter again on Wednesday. He was out of this world for a 40-year-old two nights ago, pouring in 24 points while making all eight of his field goal attempts in 30 minutes. Carter has played 23.7 minutes per game, so getting him to the upper-20's may not be too much to ask for the ageless wonder.
Carter's 55.6 nERD was the second-highest mark among all players on Monday's 8-game slate. We project him for 27.2 minutes, 9.3 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 1.8 assists tonight, leading to 18.5 FanDuel Points.
