Pacers' Myles Turner (finger) excels in Tuesday's defeat
Indiana Pacers center Myles Turner was playing through a jammed finger on Tuesday, but that didn't appear to slow him down as he racked up 17 points, 12 rebounds and 3 blocks in an 87-81 loss to the New York Knicks.
Turner had been struggling to start the month, but after this strong game he is averaging 10.1 points, 6.7 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.9 blocks and 1.1 steals in 30.2 minutes per game in March so far.
Turner's 12.0 nERD led Pacers players on Tuesday, per numberFire Live, and he owns a team-high 5.2 nERD on the season, which is also good for 31st in the NBA.
