Kevin Love (knee) could be back next week for the Cavaliers
Cleveland Cavaliers forward/center Kevin Love (knee surgery) participated in a 3-on-3 scrimmage on Tuesday and may be able to return to action during Cleveland's upcoming four-game road trip.
What It Means:
Love is in the fourth week of a six-week recovery timeline but looks ready to beat expectations. The road trip starts on Saturday in Los Angeles and ends next Friday in Charlotte. When he comes back, expect the big man to be eased back into action. Until Love officially suits up, Channing Frye will still be worth playing in fantasy.
Before his injury, Love was averaging 20.0 points, 11.0 rebounds, and 2.6 three-pointers with a 5.2 nERD rating -- good for 30th place out of 475 NBA players.
