Jonas Valanciunas has a big game as Toronto scores a road win over the Pelicans
Toronto Raptors center Jonas Valanciunas racked up 25 points, 13 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 block in 34 minutes of action as the Raptors beat the New Orleans Pelicans 94-87 on Wednesday.
Valanciunas had been in a serious slump since the All-Star break, not playing more than 22 minutes or scoring more than 15 points in any of his six games after the break until this one.
Valanciunas finished the win with a game-high 36.3 nERD, per numberFire Live. Despite the recent struggles, he ranks third among Raptors players and 33rd in the NBA with a 5.1 nERD on the season.
