Jazz will be without George Hill, Shelvin Mack and Joe Johnson on Monday
Utah Jazz guards George Hill (toe soreness, rest), Joe Johnson (groin), and Shelvin Mack (ankle) have all been ruled out for Monday's game against the New Orleans Pelicans.
With Monday being the second game of a back-to-back, the Jazz are playing it safe by resting Hill and his bothersome toe. He should be good to go on Wednesday. Utah will be forced to start Dante Exum at the point and give him a substantial share of minutes with both Hill and Mack out. Joe Ingles will also see an uptick in minutes off the bench in Johnson's place.
In the 18 games Exum has played 20 or more minutes, which he undoubtedly will play on Monday, he has averaged 8.6 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game.
