Jrue Holiday collects a double-double in Pelicans' win
New Orleans Pelicans guard Jrue Holiday dished out 12 assists to go along with 20 points, five rebounds and three steals during Sunday's road win against the Los Angeles Lakers.
It was New Orleans' first win with DeMarcus Cousins in uniform and the Pelicans' new-look big three combined for 77 of the Pels' 105 points. Holiday has struggled some since Cousins' arrival in the BIg Easy, but he has started to get back on track with three straight games of 20-plus points.
Holiday is averaging 16.3 points, 4.1 rebounds, 7.4 assists and 1.6 steals over 32.8 minutes per game. He owns a career-best .517 effective field goal percentage and his nERD of -1.2 ranks him 326th in the league.
