Clippers defeat Hornets as Blake Griffin scores a season-high
Los Angeles Clippers power forward Blake Griffin knocked down a career-high three 3-pointers as part of a 15-of-26 day from the field, scoring a season-high 43 points to go with 10 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals as the Clippers beat the Charlotte Hornets 124-121 in overtime on Sunday.
Griffin has played well since his late-January return from a knee injury, averaging 24.6 points, 8.4 rebounds, 5.8 assists and 1.2 steals over a 13-game span.
Griffin finished Sunday's win with a game-high 42.1 nERD, per numberFire Live. He also ranks third among Clippers players and 29th in the NBA with a 4.9 nERD on the season.
