Miami's Hassan Whiteside dominates Pacers in blowout win

Miami Heat center Hassan Whiteside had a field day against the Indiana Pacers on Saturday with 22 points, 17 rebounds, one steal and one block.

What It Means:

Whiteside was 6-for-12 from the floor and 10-for-13 from the charity stripe in a game-high 37 minutes. The Heat center is now second only to Anthony Davis in games with 20 or more points and 15-plus rebounds. Miami is back to being firmly in the playoff hunt after winning 16 of their last 18 and Whiteside's play has a lot to do with it.

Whiteside is averaging 16.6 points and a league-leading 14.4 rebounds to go with 2.1 blocks per game this season. He has a .554 effective field goal percentage and a nERD of 4.8, which ranks 30th in the NBA.
