Bulls won't have Cameron Payne (illness) against Phoenix
Chicago Bulls point guard Cameron Payne (illness) will not play against the Phoenix Suns on Friday.
Payne is battling the flu, so his Bulls debut will have to be postponed. He should have plenty of opportunity as the likely new starting point guard in Chicago, so he's worth a look for owners in need of backcourt help. Michael Carter-Williams is starting at the point on Friday night for the Bulls.
Carter-Williams is averaging 9.7 points, 5.1 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.0 3-pointers per game as a starter this season. He's seeing a 25.4-minute workload in those 18 contests.
