76ers rookie Ben Simmons (foot) will not play this season
Philadelphia 76ers rookie forward Ben Simmons' foot has not fully healed, and he will not play this season, according to general manager Bryan Colangelo.
The most recent reports before this one were that the Sixers did expect Simmons to play at some point this season, but this one seems definitive enough that it's hard to imagine he suits up before next season.
Philadelphia is currently the third-worst team in numberFire's NBA Team Power Rankings.
