Emmanuel Mudiay (back) will play Thursday for Nuggets
Denver Nuggets point guard Emmanuel Mudiay will return to the lineup against the Sacramento Kings on Thursday.
Mudiay has missed the Nuggets' last six games (and 11 of their last 14), but he practiced in full on Tuesday and isn't expected to have any limitations after getting a week off to recover during the All-Star break. He came off the bench in the three games he did play over those last 14, so Jameer Nelson may continue to start at point guard for Denver, even with Mudiay back.
Our models project Mudiay for 12.4 points, 3.5 rebounds and 4.6 assists in 28.4 minutes of action in his return to the lineup. He is sporting an ugly -5.8 nERD on the season, the third-lowest mark in the NBA.
