Hornets have hots for Lakers' Lou Williams
The Charlotte Hornets are reportedly "aggressively pursuing" Los Angeles Lakers shooting guard Lou Williams.
Williams would provide the Hornets a much-needed scoring boost off the bench, so his minutes and value shouldn't change too much. Jordan Clarkson and D'Angelo Russell would both see more opportunity if the Lakers do deal Williams.
Williams is averaging a career-high 18.6 points to go with 2.3 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 1.1 steals in 24.2 minutes per game this season. His 5.0 nERD for the year leads all Lakers players and ranks 25th in the NBA.
