Minnesota inquiring about Knicks' Derrick Rose
The Minnesota Timberwolves have inquired about the availability of New York Knicks point guard Derrick Rose, per ESPN's Ian Begley.
What It Means:
Though the Wolves are the only team that has been named, there are reports that multiple clubs have reportedly shown interest in Rose. He's set to become a free agent this summer, so Rose might be available for relatively cheap.
Rose is averaging 17.7 points, 4.5 assists and 3.9 rebounds in 32.2 minutes per game this season. His -3.2 nERD ranks 429th among the league's 463 players this season, and is also the worst mark among Knicks players.
